Less accidental

I suspect many unexplored options lie around us, many more than we imagine. Often, we stick to what we know, even when it is not particularly favourable to our interests or when we have a strong feeling that better alternatives exist.

The main reason for this seemingly nonsensical course of action is the time and effort that exploration requires. Not only do we have to divert from the most direct path to our objective, but we must exert ourselves beyond the usual demands of our day-to-day.

Yet, from time to time, an accident occurs, an unexpected change in our routine that sheds light on a blindspot, a treasure trove of possibility. We should probably at least try to be more intentional, less accidental.
